Karen is a Broker with over 28 years of real estate experience. She has been an active member of the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors and has served as President, Treasurer, and Director of the local board. She has also served on the State and local Professional Standards Committees. She has been the Chairperson of the local grievance committee and has served on that same committee for several years.

Karen was born and raised in Kalispell. She moved away for several years while her husband served in the US Coast Guard. She moved back to the valley with her husband and two children in 1984.
